Tried out a new meal today!

Tried cooking out some new GAINNZ.

Cooked up some fresh clam meat with a random selection of seasonings.


Ended it with a turkey hotdog, scrambled eggs and 1 whole wheat bread


Conclusion : New meal was a success, ended at around 400-500 CAL and had a good intake of protein, fat and carbs.
