Another BACKGAINZ day in the gym! Plus some more food.

Great back day.
Hit up some deadlits, lat pulldowns, close-grip pulldowns, wide-grip machine rows and close-grip machine rows.
Snapped all kinds of shit up.
Feels great, was able to control self and eat just over 1800 calories today too. (600 kcal deficit)

Threw in some 180s for 8 reps (almost max)

MY DEADLIFTS ARE WEAK. Only did 10 for 245. Damn i'm weak brahs.


NOW THIS IS WHERE I'M STRONG. 
Just messing, some buttered vegetables + pan-fried beef hotdogs. Good stuff.
